Happy Holidays and New Year!

September seems to have fast-forwarded to the end of the year! Where has this year gone!?!?

I finally moved into my new flat in Stroud Green – which is great.

In the wake of all the voiceovers I’ve been doing, I signed up with voice agency Mother Tongue who have sent me a couple of interesting jobs for Pharmaceuticals company Roche and Doubletree by Hilton. I also should have another voiceover coming up which I thought might be recorded before the end of the year but now looks like it should be recorded in the new year.

Here’s the year in review:

January & February 2015

The year started with me working with Boireannach Theatre on Dealanach at the Vault Festival and on Jaques at the Network Theatre.

March

March had me keeping quiet about a big project I played a tiny part in, which in May I was able to announce as being Guitar Hero Live, then released in October. Here’s the pic I took at the legendary Shepperton Studios whilst recording.

April & May

April and may had me also keeping quiet as I was cast as Velriana Hypaxes (and some other characters) in the Big Finish Pathfinder Legends audio adventures. Which were released in September and October and are available on CD and download via from Big Finish in the UK and Paizo in the USA. May also saw me set up my own theatre company Theatre Mensch.

June & July

During June I started working on Mary, Mary for Theatre Mesch and A Light Journey, a devised puppetry piece which was performed at The Little Angel Theatre which was performed in July. Alongside performing A Light Journey, I began an intensive week’s R&D work on KimBo Theatre’s Soundtrack.

August

August was a lot quieter than July but still had me working with A Light Journey director Oliver Hymans on a giant puppets version of Bluebeard’s Castle performed as part of Opera in the East at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

September

I was lucky enough to do some research and development at The Little Angel Studios on Lost Property in September. It was also voiceover month with me recording for Colgate and Green Tomato Cars and a video for the “Step Into The NHS” competition being released which I worked on as voiceover.

October, November and December

Signing with Mother Tongue was enough excitement alongside my move in October which lead to a Roche voiceover in November and a Hilton Doubletree voiceover in December!

Here’s to more brilliant work in 2016!
